FALL IN LOVE WITH PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE

Fall is almost here, and what better way to celebrate the season than with a delicious cup of pumpkin spice coffee made with Burro Bueno Coffee? The warm spices and rich flavors of pumpkin pair perfectly with our smooth, ethically sourced Honduran blends. Whether you’re hosting a fall gathering or simply enjoying a quiet moment at home, this recipe will fill your kitchen with the cozy scents of autumn.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup freshly brewed Burro Bueno Coffee (Brown or Black Burro blends)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
  • Cold foam (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brew your coffee: Start with a cup of freshly brewed Burro Bueno Coffee. Our Honduran coffee beans have just the right depth to complement the warm fall flavors.

  2. Pumpkin spice mix: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well blended and the mixture becomes fragrant. This process should take about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Heat the milk: Slowly whisk in the milk (or milk alternative) and continue stirring until the mixture is heated through. Make sure it's smooth and steamy!

  4. Combine and serve: Pour the pumpkin spice mixture into your brewed coffee. Stir well to combine.

  5. Top it off: Add a dollop of cold foam and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top for that perfect coffee-shop touch.
